As Chief Operating Officer of Rawhyde Adventures, Tiffanie Phillips combines a lifelong passion for motorcycles with proven operational leadership in luxury travel and hospitality. Her love for riding began early and has remained a defining part of her life, shaping both her leadership style and her connection to the adventure motorcycling community.

Prior to Rawhyde, Tiffanie played a key role with a globally recognized cruise line and leader in luxury travel. There, she was responsible for executing complex itineraries and delivering consistently high-level hospitality experiences. This background strengthened her focus on precision, logistics, and—most importantly—exceptional guest experience, ensuring every detail supports a seamless and memorable journey.

What drew Tiffanie to Rawhyde was the people. From the start, it felt less like a company and more like a family built on shared passion, trust, and love for adventure. She is excited to elevate Rawhyde’s operations while preserving the culture that makes the brand special.

Outside of work, Tiffanie loves spending time with her four kids dirt bike riding or boating on a lake. She is proud to be part of the Rawhyde family and energized by the opportunity to help guide its continued growth and legacy.

Please Note: Occasionally we have programs that require the service of our entire staff and take us far beyond cell range, and thus it may be a day or two before we can return your call, but rest assured we will do so as soon as possible.
